Borghetto San Nicolò is a small town in the hinterland of Liguria region, about 2km far from the coast and from the town of Bordighera. The Sisters of Mary Immaculate manage “Caterina Biamonti Biancheri” preschool, which is attended by about 50 children, divided into two classrooms.
It is a Catholic school and its educational action aims at looking after and educating children according to the charism of the founder. The community is currently composed of four nuns, who work in several sectors in full harmony with the priest, with whom they plan and agree guidelines for the pastoral action. They are in charge of liturgical coordination and animation, catechesis of children and teenagers and are members of the pastoral council.
